Membership is valid for one year. The expiry date is the date the voucher needs to be redeemed by with Camel Creek.

Please note, this voucher code only entitles you to one individual standard membership pass.

General Membership Terms:

1. By purchasing a Camel Creek Membership, you agree to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions.
2. All members must present valid proof of their active membership upon entry to the park.
3. Memberships are strictly personal and must not be shared, transferred, or loaned to any other individual.
4. Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once purchased.
5. Camel Creek Family Adventure Park reserves the right to amend opening times, scheduled events, and available facilities without prior notification.
6. Certain optional experiences and special events within the park are not included in the membership and may incur an additional charge. Members may receive discounts on select events and attractions; please contact Guest Services for details.
7. Height restrictions apply to certain rides and attractions for safety reasons. Ride operators retain absolute discretion regarding who may safely participate.
8. Children aged under 16 must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult aged 18 or over whilst on park premises.
9. Members must adhere to all park regulations applicable to general visitors, including designated smoking areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited outside of these designated zones.
10. Camel Creek Family Adventure Park reserves the right to refuse any membership application or renewal, or to terminate a membership at its sole discretion.
11. In accordance with UK consumer law, memberships relating to leisure activities and services scheduled for specific dates or periods—such as admission to Camel Creek Family Adventure Park—are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree that the service will begin immediately and that you waive your statutory right to cancel.
12. All memberships will automatically renew at the end of the 12-month period. You can manage your renewal settings in the “My Account” section of our website or request cancellation by emailing us at hello@camelcreek.co.uk up to 28 days prior to renewal.
